Shipping & Returns

Orders placed on NOTSONORMAL.com are processed Monday-Friday 8am to 3pm PST (excluding major holidays) and are shipped within 4-5 business days from when the order is placed, pending payment authorization and verification.

We offer free shipping on U.S orders over $300, and international orders over $500

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of each garment.

NOTSONORMAL ships to all 50 states offering both a Standard and Express service.

RETURNS

All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days after the receiving date and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items.

Printed, washed, re-labeled or decorated merchandise cannot be returned.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returns.

Customer is responsible for any return freight costs. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense. Contact customer service for more details.
