Orders placed on notsonormal.shop are processed Monday-Friday 8am to 3pm PST (excluding major holidays) and are shipped within 2-5 business days from when the order is placed, pending payment authorization and verification.

We offer free shipping on U.S and international orders over $500

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of each garment.

NOTSONORMAL ships to all 50 states offering Standard Shipping Only.

All return or exchange requests must be made within 7-14 days after the receiving date and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on RED TAG or VINTAGE items.

Shipping fees from the original order are not refundable

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. 

NOTSONORMAL reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

Garments are designed true to size, unless specifically noted in the product description.

Please note that due to the nature of our selection process and depending on the year of the production, this can create slight variation with product sizing.
