ORDERS:
You may place an order directly on the website by selecting the color and size options on any given product page.
Once the order is fulfilled no changes can be made to the order. Please reach out to shop@notsonormal.com with all urgent order inquiries.
Orders placed on NOTSONORMAL.SHOP are processed monday-friday 8am to 3pm PST (excluding major holidays) and are shipped within 2-5 business days from when the order is placed, pending payment authorization and verification.
Returns
No, the shipping address cannot be modified. Please double check all shipping information is correct prior to placing your order. For any doubts, please contact us at NSN@NOTSONORMAL.COM.
We offer free shipping on U.S orders over $300, and international orders over $500
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of each garment.
NOTSONORMAL ships to all 50 states offering both a Standard and Express
Service.
All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days after the receiving date and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items.
Customer is responsible for any return freight costs. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense. Contact customer service for more details.
Shipping fees from the original order are not refundable
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. please include the original order packing slip in your return package.
NOTSONORMAL reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Items marked final sale cannot be returned.
PRODUCTS & SIZING:
Garments are designed true to size, unless specifically noted in the product description.
Please note that due to the nature of our selection process and depending on the year of the production, this can create slight discrepancies with product sizing.
All of our products are sourced, repaired, and made in Los Angeles, California.
